Linda Rayment

Hello, my name is Linda, and I’m excited to be one of your ELC Parent Reps this year. I’m married to Luke, and we have two gorgeous kids; Max (Year 1) and Lola (Preschool ELC). We are originally from Melbourne and moved to Adelaide at the start of 2020. We absolutely love Emmaus and feel extremely blessed to have found such a wonderful school.
Prior to having children, I worked as a lawyer specialising in family law and in the anti-human trafficking space.
My husband and I are part of the team at Edge Church and we’re passionate about Jesus and people, and seeing them flourish in every area of their lives.
We love having fun together as a family and enjoy all sorts of sport and music, and spending time outdoors.

Hi Emmaus family, my name is Pamela. I am a wife and mummy to three wonderful children, Dani who attends Foundation, Jamie in ELC and baby Nadia who has recently turned one. I am so proud to be part of such a caring and loving community and look forward to many years of beautiful friendships ahead.

Hi, my name is Sam Tumes. I have two beautiful sons, Joshua (in ELC) and Elijah (not quite two-years-old), and am married to Natasha Tumes (nee Joppich). I am really excited to be part of the Emmaus family and representing, supporting and serving the parent community this year.

My name is Debora Giorgio, I am married to Joshua and have two children. Maryrose is in Year 4 and Alessandro in Foundation. I am family-oriented, I love and care for my family, as they also are a source of inner strength for me.
I love laughing and am a practical joker, I love getting to know new people!

Hi, I’m Marija. I’m a mum of three beautiful kids. George is in Foundation in Mrs Giles’ class, Nicolas in ELC and baby Eva. We have loved being part of the Emmaus community for the last 2 years and look forward to continue building friendships. I’m always up for a chat!

Hannah Long

My name is Hannah. My husband Sam is a full-time pastor and we have three precious children - Gabriel (age five and in Foundation), and twins Leo and Shiloh (age three and in ELC). Outside of supporting and pastoring alongside my husband, I have been very hands-on in raising our kids as a stay-at-home Mum.

We have loved being part of Emmaus since Gabriel started ELC in 2021; and I am really excited to serve and help build connection within the College, especially since this will be a prominent community for my children for years to come.

Jen Min Chuah

I am the mum of Nathan Teo (Foundation Sweet) and Evan Teo (ELC Class 4). Originally from Malaysia, I am excited to learn more about the Australian education system while supporting my boys through their school life. When the kids are at school, I run my own web design and development business for e-commerce brands. During my off time, you’ll find me hanging out with my family at the beach or watching reality TV.

Hello, my name is Carla Baker. My husband Tim and I have two daughters; Ava who is six and Sadie who is almost two. We have been part of the Emmaus community since Ava started ELC in 2020. On weekends, we enjoy family movie nights and going to the park with our friends and family. I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your families as our children learn and grow together.

Amoné Burger

I am Amoné Burger, mum of Rebekah (Year 4), Toby (Year 1) and little Philip (one-year-old). We as a family immigrated from South Africa to Australia in 2019, and now we call Adelaide our home. Currently I am employed as a Pastoral Care Worker at Fulham North Primary, and for me, it is such a joy and privileged to work with children and families in the school environment and to be involved in the school community.

As a Parent Representative, I am delighted to be part of Emmaus Christian College. Since I married John, I have called Adelaide my home for the last 10 years. God has blessed us with two wonderful children, Adrian and Benjamin. For my pastime, I love to read and sometimes I just love to sit by the sunny beach to feel the sea breeze on my face. It is my honour to continue to serve God and the community.

My name is Anna. My husband Lucas and I are parents of Olivia (Year 3). We are blessed to be part of ECC since 2020.
We are from Brazil and came to Australia six years ago. After a season living in Sydney, we now call Adelaide home and absolutely love South Australia!
I work at Temple Christian College and my husband is an architect and theologian. We are passionate about the Gospel and serving Jesus. At church, I serve in the worship team (piano).

We are campus pastors at Edge Church West and I am also a Practice & Communications Manager at Detail Studio. We have been at Emmaus Brooklyn Park since it opened in 2020 and love being part of this sweet community!

My name is Natalie I'm married to Matt Tooley.
We have three beautiful kiddos; Izaac (Year 4) Max (Year 3) and Mila (18 months). I work part time in HR. I was born in Adelaide and have lived here all my life. In 2017, we moved our family to Seattle for Matt’s work, where we lived for four years and brought back a daughter 😜 (dual citizen). We have recently arrived back to family and friends and are loving our new Emmaus community.

Claire Henning

Hi Emmaus Brooklyn Park, I’m Claire Henning and I have a son, Josh, who has started in Year 4 (Mr. Lauder’s class) this year. I have two other daughters, Sophie (Year 7) and Grace (Foundation) at the SP Campus. I am originally from South Africa and lived in England for 11 years. My husband, Paul and I moved to Australia in 2011. We love Australia! I am looking forward to partnering with the school to connect parents and friends at Emmaus. God bless.

I'm married to Des and we have four children (Dan, Sam, Jemima and Joel). I grew up in Sydney, trained as a high school teacher, but now work part-time at the Bible College of South Australia. We moved to Adelaide from Hobart 5.5 years ago and love it!

I’m the pastor of Trinity Church Lockleys, a new church that’s just started meeting at Lockleys Primary School. I grew up in Tasmania, used to be a lawyer, am married to the lovely Suzie, and we have four kids: Dan, Sam, Jemima, and Joel.

Hi, I’m Niki Lochens, Mum to Josiah in Year 5 and Jude in Year 3. We also have 2 daughters, Amarie in high school and one-year-old Leni-Love who you might spot running around the playground. We are new to the Emmaus community this year and looking forward to getting to know you and sharing in some wonderful community activities as part of this great school.

My name is Helen Christolenis. I am a wife, and mum to Georgeah, in Mr Heath’s class, and Maria (Year 7). This is our third year at Emmaus Christian College and we couldn’t be happier.
A little about myself - I work part time for Wilson Security in admin for a little over 11 years now. Being of Greek background, my family and faith are the most important things to me.
I enjoy going for beach walks in my spare time when I’m not driving the girls around to their afterschool activities. I also enjoying baking, although I’m not very good at it 😊 Looking forward to getting to know you all. Helen
