Course Information

Have you ever wanted to produce your own music, create beats, record a band or remix a song?

Year 10 Music Production gives students the opportunity to explore the creative and technical aspects of modern music making using industry-standard software and recording equipment.

Course content

Students will:

• Write and produce original songs
• Record live instruments
• Explore sampling and remixing and learn recording, editing, mixing techniques
• Utilise compression, equalisation, reverb and delay to enhance recordings
