Our Pathway Planning evening was a wonderful success Tuesday Week 2. Most of the credit goes to Jessica Worley, our Director of Teaching and Learning, and her team for their vision and effort in organising this event.
Set to the backdrop of Coffee, OMG Decadent Doughnuts and an outstanding sunset, our families, students and teachers met together to explore each student's vision for their learning, schooling and beyond. With the support of the University of Adelaide, The University of South Australia, Flinders University and Tabor College, together with our Pathway experts, we worked collaboratively to create unique plans for each student.
This year, expert industry panellists shared about the intersection of their values, faith and work pathways, volunteering their time to answer questions posed to by families and students.
This event is integral to the work of our Secondary School as we build a culture of lifelong learning. We are privileged to partner with our students and families in this way.
It was a great success, and it provided an opportunity for families to have the all-important conversations required to reflect on individual learning pathways for their child.
Congratulations to the Curriculum team, and thanks to the many staff and volunteers who contributed to helping students make good decisions about their future.
