The core subjects of the curriculum in Years 7 to 9 are designed to encourage both mastery and curiosity in a wide range of disciplines.
Elective subjects are designed to develop interest and skill development in the Arts, Technologies and Languages. We encourage students to strive for the very best they can in all things. Academic excellence is encouraged and supported throughout our curriculum.
Year 7 Students study all core subjects. In addition to this, they undertake introductory courses in all elective subjects. Students choose up to six semester electives in Years 8 and 9. The subject outlines below will help students to make the best possible choices for their school studies and beyond.
